  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of medical, pharmaceutical, and office supplies.
  • Prepare purchase requests and coordinate with accredited suppliers for quotations and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure timely and accurate receiving, inspection, and storage of delivered goods.
  • Maintain an updated stock card and inventory database (manual or electronic).
  • Conduct regular physical inventory and reconcile with records to identify variances.
  • Coordinate with department heads regarding supply needs and forecasted consumption.
  • Ensure proper labeling, shelving, and storage conditions, especially for sterile or temperature-sensitive items.
  • Track expiration dates and implement First-Expiry-First-Out (FEFO) and First-In-First-Out (FIFO) policies.
  • Enforce compliance with procurement protocols and support audit requirements (COA, DOH, etc.).
  • Maintain and update supplier records and ensure transactions are supported by complete documentation.
  • Prepare reports on stock movements, shortages, and procurement status for management review.
  • Assist in the disposal process of expired, damaged, or obsolete supplies in accordance with hospital and DOH guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in inventory or supply management, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Familiarity with hospital logistics, DOH requirements, and basic procurement processes
