We're Hiring: Sales & Marketing Specialist for Agribusiness

NutriHydro is looking for a
self-motivated and hands-on Sales and Marketing
Specialist
for Agribusiness
to join our team of agripreneurs and creatives. This is your chance to be part of a mission-driven company that supports farming communities while driving innovation in agriculture.

What You'll Do

Sales Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups across digital platforms, email, and phone
  • Understand product offerings and recommend the right solutions to growers
  • Track leads and conversions from marketing campaigns, ensuring proper closure
  • Monitor buyer behavior, feedback, and objections to refine sales strategies
  • Collaborate with the internal team to enhance customer experience, pricing bundles, and sales materials

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Help create and post social media content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Assist in running and monitoring online ad campaigns
  • Support updates and improvements to our website and online store
  • Participate in launching campaigns and promotions to grow awareness and sales
  • Work with influencers, content partners, and represent NutriHydro at events


Note: Training will be provided on all marketing tools and platforms you'll use.


Note: Training will be provided on core marketing tools such as publishing, pixel tracking, layout creation, and ad implementation.

Requirements

  • Graduate of Marketing or Agribusiness (preferred)
  • Familiar with Canva and Capcut
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker who delivers on execution

Nice to Have

  • Skills in WordPress and WooCommerce
  • Familiarity with Meta and Google Ads
  • Experience in agribusiness, agri-tech, education, or eCommerce

Compensation & Benefits

  • Full-time, probationary role with competitive salary based on experience
  • Free accommodations (lodging, utilities, Wi-Fi) for provincial applicants relocating to Manila
  • Monthly prepaid mobile call load
  • Platform wide commission from (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok)
  • Additional commissions from sales through company website and direct sales

Work Setup

  • Full-time, onsite role at our
    Quezon City office
  • Schedule:
    Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
    (with occasional Saturday rotation)
