KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Endorsement


• Assists project proponents in project conceptualization and proposals, this may include data

gathering, research on new technologies related to operational reliability and supply provision.


• Preparation of Project presentation, technical paper, minutes of meetings, project requisition

form, project endorsement plan, MEMO, project details revision form and other project related

documents.


• Routing of documents for review and approval such as technical paper, project requisition form,

Terms of References.


• Driving to and from project site area for inspection and other Maynilad offices.


• Scheduling and attendance to meetings such as section meetings and project meetings.

Project Monitoring


• Assist in coordination with all internal/external stakeholders to ensure the proper and timely

delivery of project scope. Fieldwork may be necessary.


• Routing of documents for review and approval such as CPP/FEED Form, construction progress

reporting, CPEs, Employers Requirement, Technical Bidding Documents, Contract Drawings and

other interdivisional project related documents


• Preparation of Project presentation/updates, minutes of meetings, MEMOs, Post project reports


• Construction progress update and reporting


• Driving to and from project site area for inspection (i.e. Pre-bid site inspections) and

construction meetings and other Maynilad offices.


• Scheduling and attendance to meetings such as section meetings and project meetings (PSRB).

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM EDUCATION


• Graduate of Engineering courses (Mechanical, Chemical Civil or Electrical)


• Licensed Engineer (Mechanical, Chemical, Civil or, Electrical)

WORK EXPERIENCE

Preferably with relevant work experience.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams


• Possess strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.


• Driving Skills with Driver's license
