Job Title: Marketing Officer

Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Marketing Officer to join our growing team. As a Marketing Officer, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing initiatives to enhance ChaYi's brand presence and drive business growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to support ChaYi's business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to plan and execute promotions, partnerships, and events.
  • Manage and monitor marketing budgets to ensure cost efficiency and ROI.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, providing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Support brand-building initiatives to strengthen market presence and customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media and Creative teams to ensure alignment of messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, emerging marketing tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Officer or in a similar role, preferably in consumer goods, retail, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for brand growth and consumer engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php22,000.00 per month
