Responsibilities
  • Competitive and Market Intelligence: Monitor competitors and market trends, gather and share insights with stakeholders, benchmark products and technologies, and provide general administrative support.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Manage CRM programs to support small business growth, coordinate internal and external communications, organize local customer events, partner with trade associations, and manage sponsorship activities. Develop and monitor local campaigns and drive promotional efforts.
  • Product Development & Management: Monitor and analyze UPS's current product and service portfolio, identify new market opportunities, prepare product-related reports and presentations, support project planning and post-implementation reviews, and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure tool usability.
  • PR Branding and Digital Marketing: Coordinate with Region teams on PR and branding initiatives and ensure timely updates to region and local management teams; support digital marketing strategies.
