We are a local distributor in medical products with focus on Veterinary Point-of-Care diagnostic products. To cope with our coming launch of innovative products to the market, we seek (2) Medical Service Technician with solid work experience in medical equipment to join our organization.

MEDICIAL SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Job Descriptions :

  • Provide on-site medical equipment & device installation and on-site service repair
  • Provide equipment inspection, maintenance and technical suport service
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaint
  • Support emergency call service
  • Develop and maintain a well-documented system of service record to keep track the condition of each instrument being installed
  • Maintain database for analysis of performance for various processes
  • Assist in the continuous improvement process and updating workflow for efficiency
  • Communicate with local authority, users and suppliers

Job Requirements :

  • Degree / Diploma holder in Bio-Medical/ Electronic / Mechanical Engineering or other relative studies
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in sales and or service of Clinical Diagnostic equipment is preferred
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, independent and organized
  • Good communication skills and be a good team player
  • Strong analytical and trouble shooting skill
  • Fluency in written and oral English
  • Willing to travel extensively within the country to provide local on-site service
  • Immediate available is an advantage
