Job Summary:

The Technician is responsible for performing technical support, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of equipment, systems, and facilities. The role ensures operational efficiency, compliance with company standards, and timely resolution of technical concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, inspect, maintain, and repair equipment, tools, and systems.
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor and test equipment for proper functionality and safety compliance.
  • Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical and operational issues.
  • Follow safety protocols and company policies during all operations.
  • Recommend improvements, upgrades, or replacements of equipment as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Technical/Vocational course (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field)
  • Proven work experience as a Technician or in a similar technical role.
  • Knowledge of technical systems, equipment maintenance, and repair procedures.
  • Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, or schematics.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Physically fit and able to handle technical tasks and lifting when required.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
