Job Summary:

The CCTV Operator is responsible for monitoring and operating surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of the company's premises, employees, and assets. This role involves real-time observation, recording, and reporting of incidents, as well as coordinating with security personnel to prevent and respond to potential risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor live CCTV feeds and recorded footage to detect suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety hazards.
  • Operate and maintain CCTV equipment, access control, and other security systems.
  • Record, archive, and retrieve video evidence as needed for investigations.
  • Report incidents immediately to the Security Supervisor/Manager and coordinate with security staff or law enforcement.
  • Maintain accurate logs and prepare incident reports.
  • Ensure cameras and systems are functioning properly; coordinate repairs or troubleshooting when needed.
  • Follow company policies, data protection regulations, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Assist in emergency situations by providing accurate information from surveillance systems.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or vocational course in security, IT, or related field (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
  • Prior experience as a CCTV Operator or in security operations is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of CCTV systems, security protocols, and basic IT troubleshooting.
  • Strong attention to detail, alertness, and ability to stay focused for long periods.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Willing to work in weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
