We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Dining Intern to join our team. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of restaurant operations, from customer service to food preparation and kitchen management. The ideal candidate is a student with a passion for the culinary arts and a strong desire to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist servers in providing excellent customer service, including greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages.

  • Prepare dining areas by setting tables, stocking supplies, and ensuring cleanliness.

  • Learn and practice proper food handling and sanitation procedures.

Requirements:

  • Must be currently enrolled in a culinary arts, hospitality management, or related program, or a recent graduate.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
