Skills and Qualifications:
- Preferably with experience as a Kitchen Steward or in a similar back of house role.
- Knowledge of basic kitchen sanitation, cleaning procedures and food safety standards.
- Ability to operate dishwashing machines and handle cleaning chemicals safely.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be amenable to work in Lucky Chinatown.
