Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Grillman, Cook or in a similar kitchen role.
- Strong knowledge of grilling techniques, meat temperatures and proper food handling.
- Ability to prepare, season and cookd food items according to restaurant standards.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, grill maintenance and safety procedures.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Amenable to work in LUCKY CHINATOWN.
