General Objective:

The IT Support will primarily be responsible for PC imaging and set-up.

What are the main responsibilities of the role?

  • PC Imaging - capturing an operating system image (including applications, drivers, settings, etc.) and deploying to another PC
  • PC Set-Up - installing and configuring computer software and hardware
  • Resolve technical support issues, incidents, and problems of the company's computers and related electronic systems.
  • Timely response and implementation of requests for the assigned client team/s.
  • Testing and installation of workstations for new hires on a timely basis.
  • All responsibilities are in adherence with the set guidelines and procedures of the IT Department and/or the Company

What are the ideal qualifications?

  • Bachelor's degree related to IT (open to fresh graduates and/or with very minimal work experience)
  • Basic exposure in managing cloud-based applications (AWS, Azure, etc.)
  • Analytical and troubleshooting skills for problem resolution
  • Good spoken communication and customer facing skills
  • Candidates who can start within September will be prioritized
