Job Description:

  • Assists employees in the processing of SSS and HDMF loan applications.

  • Responsible in processing of SSS loan condonation payment (if any).

  • Maintains and safe keeps all government remittances record (contributions and loans).

  • Responsible in the completion of clearance and last pay.

  • Assists employees on the replacement process of BDO cash card that have been lost/stolen/defective.

  • Prepare Training Agreement for the personnel who will undergo training.

  • Facilitates the discussion of pre-employment requirements to qualified applicants (direct hire) and to those personnel who's from agency subject for direct hire.

  • Gathers all pre-employment requirements and prepares the employment contract and other appropriate documents for direct hired personnel.

  • Prepares ER2 and R1A for the reporting of newly hired personnel.

  • Other tasks that may assigned from time to time.

  • Reports directly to Payroll Officer, HR Supervisor, and Manager.

  • Update reports and monitors flow of absorbed employees from agency.

  • Monitors flow of agency employees to become union members

  • Responsible for the discussion of requirements to all newly hired applicants.

  • Ensure data file record and assess concern from SSS, Pag Ibig, and Phil health on line.

  • Performs other related HR function as instructed by the Payroll Officer and/or HR Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BSBA Human Resource Development and Management, BS Psychology, or any related business course

  • With strong personality, less emotional and able to follow through direct instruction

  • With good oral and written communication

  • With Good moral character

  • With experience in compensation and benefits

  • Must be knowledgeable and with strong background in HR function

  • Resourceful, dynamic and can work with minimal supervision and under pressure

  • Willing to work on-site
