POSITIONSUMMARY This position will be responsible for supporting the Civil Maintenance group in providing Electromechanical design, technical analysis and the operation and repair of guestroom equipment; thorough knowledge of techniques and tools used in repair of guestroom facilities and equipment. Job Responsibilities 1. Install, repair and maintain guestroom equipment, and other similar machinery. 2. Assists in performing system calculations and studies for Electromechanical power systems – load flow, voltage drop, motor starting, short circuit studies, and relay coordination studies. 3. Apply design knowledge in power distribution, grounding, lighting, control systems, and equipment specification and selection 4. Assists in developing test requirements and assists in Electromechanical equipment checkout and startup. 5. Assists in reviewing and checking all assigned project Electromechanical installation drawings for compliance with all company and project instructions (One -line diagrams, electrical equipment location drawings, plan drawings, details, schematics, wiring diagrams, etc.) of technical vendor submittals for installation requirements. 6. Assists in planning new or modified installations to minimize waste of materials, provide access for future maintenance, and avoid unsightly, hazardous, and unreliable wiring, consistent with specifications and local electrical codes. 7. Plan wiring and installation of equipment and fixtures such as motors, generators, as well as control and distribution apparatus such as switches, relays, and circuit -breaker panels. 8. Prepare sketches showing location of wiring and equipment, or follow diagrams or blueprints, ensuring that concealed wiring is installed before completion of future walls, ceilings, and flooring. 9. Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install Electromechanical conduit. Pull wiring through conduit. Splice wires by stripping insulation from terminal leads, twisting or soldering wires together, and applying tape or terminal caps. Connect wiring to lighting fixtures and power equipment. Connect power cables to equipment, such as electric range or motor. Install grounding leads. 10. Test continuity of circuit to ensure electrical compatibility and safety of components with testing instruments such as ohmmeter, battery and buzzer, and oscilloscope. 11. Inspect wiring and fixtures for conformance to company specifications or local electrical codes. 12. Observe functioning of installed equipment or system to detect hazards and need for adjustments, relocation, or replacement. Repair faulty equipment or systems.RequirementsMust have work experience in Hospitality and/or Commercial Building Painting and Varnishing Works.Must have extensive experience in painting and varnishing restoration works of ceiling, wall, and loose furniture and able to apply finishing works to various types of surface (wood, concrete, metal, stone, plastic, etc.Skills in applying different Painting Technique.Able to create "wood -Like", "stone -like", Gold / Silver Leaf finishes on wide variety of materials.Skills in wall cover installation will be an advantage. Able to mix and match a wide variety of paint colors.Must have good color vision and aesthetics instinct.Well versed in using different types of Painting Equipment.​Basic oral and written English proficiency
