Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations
  • Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting for projects and the organization
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Review and analyze financial performance and project profitability
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
  • Manage compliance with tax regulations, government filings, and audit requirements
  • Coordinate with project managers for job costing, billing, and expense tracking
  • Lead financial planning and assist in investment evaluations for future projects
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff
  • Collaborate with executive leadership in financial decision-making

Qualifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of construction accounting, cost control, and project finance
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or industry-specific platforms)
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to lead a team and work across departments

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience working in a mid- to large-scale construction firm
  • Knowledge in tax planning, BIR compliance, and financial risk management
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php50,000.00 per month
