Job Description

As a Corporate Financial Analyst, you'll support mid-management with financial models, presentation decks, and market research for M&A, equity raises, and debt financing. Your analysis and insights will directly influence strategic financial decisions and global investment opportunities.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 3-5 years or 5+ years of relevant experience (depending on role level).

Background/Education:

Your Daily Tasks

  • Assist in developing presentation decks for sell-side processes, debt financing, M&A, or equity raises.
  • Support mid-management in building financial models.
  • Conduct research and analysis on deals, markets, and financials.
  • Provide support with project management tasks.
  • Attend client calls and take notes or actions as required.
  • Offer general assistance to the broader team.
