DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Order Processing

  1. Print and endorse all orders (with documents) from online platforms to E-commerce staff for picking.

  2. Schedule all confirmed orders with assigned 3rd party logistics while taking into consideration sale events and holidays. Recommends to the supervisor extension of pickup schedule when necessary.

  3. Gather and record (daily) all orders received, unserved, and completed for supervisor's analysis. Generate reports as needed by the supervisor.

Inventory Maintenance

  1. Conduct daily review of all online platform inventory and replenish items that are below ideal levels. Maintains historical data of inventory for supervisor's analysis.

  2. Recommend the increase or decrease of ideal inventory levels by monitoring product movement and sales.

  3. Keeps a record of supplies and replenish when necessary to avoid shortages.

  4. Process purchase orders for both products and supplies. Records historical expenses for accounting purposes.

  5. Initiate scheduled inventory audits for the warehouse and record results. Assists the supervisor in investigating major discrepancies.

Customer Service

  1. Responds courteously and quickly to customer queries acquired from in-platform chats and other social media. Seeks supervisor's help for major concerns and issues.

  2. Record and categorize all queries into major groups for supervisor's analysis. Make special mention to supervisor any notable concerns, complaints, and recommendations.

  3. Reply to customer reviews in online platforms to increase engagement. Relay to supervisor interesting responses/feedback.

  4. Coordinate with 3rd party logistics any order/shipping related queries and update customer immediately.

  5. Process returns/refunds/exchanges after supervisor's approval. Completes documentation needed to proceed.

  6. Utilizes all available communication tools in online platforms to broadcast any upcoming event or sale.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or any related field
  • Relevant work experience in e-commerce
  • Analytical skills & MS Office skills (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.)
  • Willing to work in Maybunga, Pasig City (Working hours: 7AM - 4PM, Monday - Saturday)
  • Willing to work ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
