  • Ability to work in hostile environment and look for solutions by managing various stakeholders.
  • Ability to run war room independently and be able to provide regular updates both to the business & technology stakeholders.
  • Drive RCA independently and ensure closure of the problems.
  • Ability to send to regular updates to all the stakeholders.

Good-to-Have

  • ITIL Certification
  • Handled Major Incidents independently

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

  • End to End ownership of the war rooms, run war room, and drive RCA
  • Escalation Management
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Own RCA and ensure Solution is deployed into production.
