Information Technology Project Manager (Network)UNIQLONegotiableOn-site - Manila | 1-3 Years Experience | Bachelor's Degree | Full-timeJob DescriptionRole and ResponsibilitiesInitiate, lead, and execute IT projects collaborating with global IT teams and local departments, balancing technical expertise with business leadership. Drive internal process improvements within the IT Department, focusing on project management frameworks suitable for the retail industry. Partner with store operations and department leaders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.

Manage IT-related risks effectively, providing expert guidance aligned with business outcomes, and establish countermeasures collaboratively while following change management processes. Create, monitor, and adjust IT budgets, procurement, and schedules, incorporating issues or risks as they arise. Plan work efficiently and provide technical guidance to vendors for activities like device setup and installation.

Proactively manage vendor relationships to ensure quality standards are met, aligning resources to meet deadlines. Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with standards and timelines. Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and systems to meet KPIs.

Define clear roles and responsibilities within projects for team members to ensure accountability and timely delivery. Outline key contract terms, including SLAs, quality standards, and payment monitoring. Ensure all deliverables are fit for purpose, meet requirements, and are transitioned effectively to support the business.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for IT requirements, procurement, and installation activities. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum of 5 years experience in network administration, IT site management, or similar roles involving network infrastructure.

Driven, motivated, and passionate about the role. At least 3 years in a managerial position. PMP certification is highly desirable.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Willingness to learn new systems and software. Adopt an agile mindset and flexibility to work in various environments.
