JOB DESCRIPTION (shortened for job ad posting)

  • Research, Identify, negotiate and secure prime retail spaces in high-traffic shopping malls and commercial centers, schools and other locations for booth placements in promoting and selling office supplies (UNI Writing Instruments), personalized gifts and corporate giveaways, etc.
  • Work closely with contractors, marketing, operations, and sales teams to ensure competitively priced and timely booth setup, along with compliance with mall guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in real estate leasing, mall leasing, or retail site acquisition.
  • Established network or working relationship with mall leasing departments (SM, Robinsons, Ayala, etc.).
  • Experience handling leasing for kiosks, pop-up stores, or promotional booths.
  • Willing to travel to various mall locations and commercial centers as needed.
  • Knows how to drive and with a valid driver's license is an advantage but not required
