Overview:

The Reconciliation Specialist will be in charge of carrying out standard account reconciliation tasks such as assuring the correctness of financial transactions and data. Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders are necessary for this role. Strong problem-solving abilities, knowledge of accounting principles, and a dedication to deadlines are qualities of the ideal applicant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out account reconciliations on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, making sure that they are accurate and adhere to financial standards and company policies.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end close processes by preparing reconciliation schedules and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of financial transactions, controls, and relevant systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve reconciliation issues.
  • Prepare reconciliation reports, summarizing variances and proposing corrective actions.
  • Support audits and financial reporting by providing necessary reconciled data and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial reconciliation or accounting.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in using financial software and tools such as excel and more.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php27,000.00 per month
