What makes you the ideal candidate for this position?

As a Delivery Support Manager in the Multi-Level Testing (MLT) team you will accurately complete varied tasks and responsibilities within defined deadlines. You will need to demonstrate a high standard of work whilst supporting your team mates, supporting them through empowerment, recognition of progress and mutual respect.

The following will make you the ideal candidate for the post:

  • Data Accuracy & System Management: Skilled in handling data with precision across internal systems and using Microsoft Excel and Word to ensure consistency and reliability.
  • Process Improvement & Collaboration: Experienced in identifying areas for operational enhancement and supporting colleagues in implementing process improvements to drive efficiency.
  • Communication & Documentation: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create, review, and update clear and compliant documentation.
  • Customer Service & Stakeholder Support: Committed to providing excellent customer service and working collaboratively with colleagues and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • Work Flexibility & Adaptability: Willing to follow UK hours or a mid-shift schedule and adaptable to a hybrid working pattern to support business needs.
