  • Monitor and update tenant sales and performance
  • Manage yearly promo and activities calendar of property handled
  • Prepare / keep documentation of all promotional collaterals used in promotions and special activities
  • Prepare and monitor liquidation reports for promo major / corporate sponsors
  • Monitor liquidation of prizes solicited from sponsors
  • Ensure that all merchandising areas are in good condition
  • Ensure that all merchandising spaces are occupied and updated at all times
  • Willing to be assigned in Lucky Chinatown Manila
