Qualifications:

Must be graduate of Bachelor in Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.

Must be PRC license of Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.

At least 6 months and up working experience in the related field specializing in building/facility management.

Must have good technical and management skills & deep understanding in mall/retail industry is a plus.

Amenable to work 6x a week, during holiday and to work longer hours if needed.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Summary:

Ensures all store facilities and equipment of the building are in good working conditions at all times.

Implements standard maintenance program, with the emphasis on planning/schedule and preventive/predictive maintenance.

Communicates with supervisory personnel to discuss and resolve matters related to maintenance & safety

Respond to tenant and customer needs regarding technical matters.

Attends to lessees' complaints or requests on maintenance services.

Supervises closely all contractual agency workers and other maintenance service contractors.

Performs other functions as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
