We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Sales Agents who will play a key role in connecting with potential clients, selling our curated tour packages, and ensuring a positive customer journey from inquiry to booking.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively promote and sell the company's tour packages to prospective clients.
  • Handle and respond to leads from Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other digital platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build rapport with clients by understanding their travel needs and providing suitable package recommendations.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective communication and closing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and confirmed bookings.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversions.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, travel, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work with social media platforms and online inquiries.
  • Goal-oriented, persuasive, and motivated to achieve sales targets.
  • Highly organized with good time-management skills.
  • Willingness to learn about the company's products and travel destinations.
