Duties

  • Report to work consistently on time, dressed and groomed appropriately.
  • Greet guests upon entering the branch cordially, making an effort to learn and use proper names.
  • Respond immediately to the service needs in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
  • Maintain a current knowledge of all services and The Spa Wellness membership information.
  • Provide current and accurate information regarding The Spa Wellness' services, Barre3 classes, and Skin services.
  • Operate telephone equipment using proper telephone etiquette at all times.
  • Manage online reservations, phone calls and in-person
  • Respond to guests' issues and complaints in a friendly, timely manner
  • Operate computer (POS) and cash drawer

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or any related course
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the same capacity
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have numerical competence
  • Newcomers are welcome to apply
  • Willing to be assign in BGC Fort
