Position Summary

The Multimedia Designer will support the Creative and Brand Manager, as well as the Marketing team, in executing the visual identity and storytelling of Dood. This role focuses on creating brand collaterals, multimedia design, and assisting in photoshoots and events to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Visual Creation

  • Develop marketing collaterals (social media posts, ads, banners, posters, event visuals, website graphics) under the guidance and approval of the Creative and Brand Manager.
  • Edit photo & video content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Shopee, and TikTok Shop listings.
  • Assist with product packaging layouts or design requirements as needed.

2. Photoshoots & Content Support

  • Participate in brainstorming, planning, and executing photoshoots (styling, layout, shot lists).
  • Edit and organize raw files for marketing use.
  • Provide minor photos when needed.

3*. Social Media Support*

  • Assist in filming and editing content in collaboration with the Creative and Marketing teams.
  • Resize and schedule graphics for multiple platforms (IG/FB stories, TikTok assets, e-commerce product images).
  • Ensure visuals align with the brand's tone, color palette, and overall guidelines.

4. Events & Campaign Execution

  • Support event visuals (layouts, mockups, branding elements).
  • Create and edit event-related photo and video collaterals occasionally.

Job Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia arts, or content creation (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome).
  • Proficient in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram content formats and trends.
  • Strong eye for aesthetics, detail-oriented, and brand consistency.
  • Organized and able to multitask effectively.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Work Setup

  • Hybrid: 4 days onsite at Dood Studio (for shoots, meetings, endorsement of collaterals and content creation)
  • Must be available during major campaigns and brand events.
