Operations Analyst

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Analyst. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operational processes, from managing inventory to coordinating with on-the-ground teams.

What You'll Do
  • Inventory Management: Ensure our stores are always well-stocked by placing and tracking orders to maintain the right inventory levels.
  • Team Coordination: Communicate effectively with our on-the-ground teams via phone and text to coordinate daily activities and facilitate seamless operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise within our operational processes.
  • Accountability: Hold team members accountable for their responsibilities and performance to ensure a high standard of work.
  • Administrative Support: Accurately track team hours and activities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the overall mission of enhancing operational smoothness and improving company processes.

  • Technical Requirements: A minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps and a designated office space in your home.
