About the role

This full-time Tenant Relations Officer role at FOODEE GLOBAL CONCEPTS in Cavite Calabarzon presents an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced residential leasing and property management team. As a Tenant Relations Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued tenants, ensuring their needs are met and enhancing the overall tenant experience.

What you'll be doing

Serving as the primary point of contact for all tenant inquiries, questions, and concerns Addressing tenant issues in a timely and professional manner, working to resolve problems quickly and effectively Conducting regular property inspections and coordinating any necessary maintenance or repairs Assisting with the collection of rent payments and managing tenant accounts Organising and hosting tenant events and activities to foster a sense of community Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to tenant interactions Supporting the overall operations of the residential leasing and property management team

What we're looking for

At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or tenant relations role, preferably within the real estate or property management industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a focus on providing exceptional tenant experiences Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn and use property management software systems A positive, customer-centric attitude and a commitment to providing high-quality service Familiarity with local real estate regulations and property management best practices
