The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to strengthen Ramen Nagi PH's brand presence and drive customer engagement across all channels. This role is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns that support business objectives, increase store traffic, and enhance customer loyalty.

The Marketing Manager will oversee brand management, digital marketing, promotions, partnerships, and events, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and standards. He/She will collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to deliver effective campaigns, maximize ROI, and ensure consistent brand messaging.

The role requires strong leadership, creativity, and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of consumer behavior in the food & beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and brand awareness.
  • Manage online and offline campaigns, including social media, digital ads, events, and in-store promotions.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Management for product launches and seasonal campaigns.
  • Oversee creative materials, branding guidelines, and content development.
  • Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective initiatives.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with external agencies, suppliers, and media.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
