Job Description

Responsible in managing the cleanliness and maintenance of the office building.

Job Responsibility

  1. Ensures that all building facilities and properties adhere to proper safety standards and cleaning procedures.

  2. Ensure the proper maintenance of equipment, compliance with electrical codes and adhere to safety regulations.

  3. Execute plans of electrical wring for well-functioning lighting, intercom and other electrical systems.

  4. Install electrical apparatus, fixtures and equipment for alarm and other systems.

  5. Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repairs or substitute damaged units: electrical and air-conditioning units.

  6. Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities

  7. Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.

  8. Organizes and maintains the stock room, stores all supplies and equipment

  9. Adheres to company policies and procedures.

Qualification/Skills/Experience

  1. College Undergraduate or Graduate of any 4 year course related to technical, electrical and air-conditioning units

  2. Works well independently and has strong time management skills.

  3. Preferably with trainings and certifications.

  4. Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery

  5. Collaborates with other maintenance colleagues as needed.

  6. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.

  7. Handles the physical demands of the job, including standing and walking for most of the work.
