Job description:

The role is responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks of the company such as but not limited

to carpentry, electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing, etc. through the proper guidance of company policies

and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

● Inspects buildings and other structures to determine functional systems and detect malfunctions

and needed repair. Makes notes and gives recommendations.

● Performs minor electrical maintenance to include but not limited to replacement or repair of

fixtures (e.g. wall switches and outlets, incandescent and fluorescent bulbs and tubes, ballast,

sockets, fuses, minor appliances and etc.) using appropriate hand, power and specialty tools.

● Performs minor plumbing maintenance such as but not limited to repairs of leaks in drains,

faucets, unclogging of drains, trenching and laying of new lines, etc.

● Performs minor repainting, carpentry work (preparing surfaces and using brush, sprayer or roller

to apply paints, stains and varnishes, doors, fitting locks and handles)

● Reconfigures, installs, positions and remounts modular offices and space such as but not limited

to furniture, wall panels, storage bins, cabinets and etc

● Orders parts and maintain required documents

● Troubleshoots air conditioning units

● Assists in ingress and egress of store and head office events

● Performs other tasks as maybe assigned by immediate head

Minimum Qualifications:

● Must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/ Short Course Certificate/College Degree in any field

● Has at least 2 years of working experience in the related field

● With proficient knowledge in electrical wiring, trouble shooting, and repairing

● Hard working and able to work with minimum supervision

● Has basic understanding in electrical plumbing, carpentry and mechanical is a plus

● Must have the ability to communicate to others effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
