
Customer Service Team Lead

- Receive and review incoming leads from various channels (web forms, email inquiries, phone calls, social media, etc.).
- Assess the quality of each lead based on predefined criteria (purpose of buying, reason for inquiry, etc).
- Assign validated leads to the correct Account Managers promptly.
- Conduct initial contact with leads via email or phone to verify information and gather additional details.
- Provide leads with introductory information about the company's products or services.
- Enter and update lead information on Salesforce accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all interactions and follow-ups with leads.
- Track the status of leads through the sales pipeline and follow up with leads as necessary to maintain engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead nurturing campaigns.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on lead quality and conversion outcomes.
Qualification:
- Must be a college graduate.
- 1 year experience in lead generation, sales support, or customer service.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Filipino and English).
