Job Summary:
The position is responsible for the procurement of materials and ensures that the delivery meets the specifications as well as the time needed. His functions also include accounting work such as monthly summarizing of petty cash expenses, performs annual physical count of inventory & supplies with external auditors, and preparation/monitoring of Purchase Orders. Other duties include collection of accounts of customers when it becomes due, secure business permit, and submits loan applications to Pag-Ibig.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Canvass for material requirement of good quality & cheaper price
  • Prepares & Monitors Purchase Order (PO).
  • Prepares Bank reconciliation of existing bank accounts
  • Transacts & communicate with supplier the needed requirements of farms ,hatchery & growing and other department concerned
  • Submits and follow-ups employees Pag-Ibig loan application
  • Collects receivables already due from customers
  • Secure Business permit & Real property tax as well as PDEA permit as required to purchase supplies (Potassium Permanganate, Formalin)
  • Input information at SAP system .
  • Performs duties that maybe assigned from time to time

Education
Bachelor degree graduate

Work Experience

  • 2 to 4 years related experience
  • Computer Skills: Requires standard computer skills including Excel, generating spreadsheets and Word processing skills.
  • Communication skills: Requires good verbal and written skills, in order to communicate with all levels of management and management support.
