Join our growing team Boon Pharma Corporation, a trusted name in the pharmaceutical industry, is looking for a Purchasing Assistant who will help ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations that support our nationwide distribution and sales network.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in processing purchase requests and purchase orders. Coordinate with suppliers for price quotations, deliveries, and order confirmations. Maintain and update supplier records, price lists, and purchase documents. Track and monitor deliveries to ensure on-time receipt of materials. Coordinate with other departments (Sales, Warehouse, and Accounting) regarding stock and supply requirements. Conduct price canvassing and ensure all purchases follow company standards and approval policies. Perform other administrative and purchasing-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related course.
  • Preferably female.
  • With at least 6 months to 1 year of working experience in the medical field or pharmacy setting (e.g., as staff, assistant, or clerk). Previous experience in purchasing or procurement is an advantage, but not required.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • A team player with a sense of urgency and responsibility.
