Facilities Coordinator

**Job Summary:
We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to support our facilities management operations in ensuring smooth, timely, and quality service delivery to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with clients, technicians, vendors, and contractors to fulfill work orders
• Monitor open/closed tickets and ensure proper documentation
• Maintain accurate files on proposals, work orders, and vendor paperwork
• Assist with inspections, reports, training, and process compliance
• Support in invoice processing and cost center tracking
• Use PC or PDA for reports, system updates, and ESS
Qualifications:
• At least High School Graduate (preferably with relevant training or 2+ years related experience)
• Strong communication, coordination, and organization skills
• Basic computer skills (MS Outlook, etc.)
• Able to lift heavy loads and work in an active, site-based environment**
