Job Description:

  • Perform routine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and other building facilities.
  • Inspect, diagnose, and fix minor electrical issues such as wiring, lighting, and power outlets.
  • Handle plumbing tasks including pipe installation, leak repair, and drainage maintenance.
  • Conduct carpentry works such as door and window repair, furniture assembly, and structural adjustments.
  • Perform preventive maintenance to ensure all equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
  • Assist in facility improvement projects and ensure safety standards are met.
  • Coordinate with other departments for maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Open to undergraduates.
  • With experience in electrical works, plumbing, and carpentry.
  • Electrical license not required, but practical knowledge and hands-on experience are a must.
  • Knowledgeable in basic tools, equipment handling, and maintenance procedures.
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible, reliable, and willing to perform multi-skilled tasks
