About the role

We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team at INTERCON MANPOWER SERVICES' in San Miguel, Manila City. As a full-time Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in the smooth and efficient operation of our production facility. What you'll be doing

  • Operate and monitor various production equipment and machinery to ensure the timely and high-quality manufacturing of our products
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment to maintain optimal performance and minimise downtime
  • Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality control measures to ensure the safety of the work environment and the integrity of our products
  • Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of production activities, as required
  • Assist with inventory management and material handling tasks to support the overall production process

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Production Operator or in a similar manufacturing role
  • Proficient in the operation and maintenance of various production equipment and machinery
  • Experience with conveyor systems, packaging machines, or quality control equipment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills to address production challenges
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing production needs and priorities
  • Secondary school certificate or equivalent qualification required
  • Valid safety certification or willingness to complete safety training within 30 days
  • Must be legally authorised to work in the Philippines
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25kg safely
