Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue client invoices in accordance with service agreements and billing timelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and complete billing information
  • Monitor incoming payments and update records to reflect current payment status
  • Assist in following up with clients regarding overdue accounts via email or phone
  • Help resolve billing issues or discrepancies raised by clients
  • Maintain well-organized records of invoices, payments, and collection activities
  • Assist in the preparation of aging reports and collection summaries
  • Provide administrative support for various accounts receivable tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of billing and collections is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills in Accounts Receivable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php28,000.00 per month
