The Opportunity: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented CRM Executive (Email Marketing) to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is crucial in optimizing our customer relationships and driving engagement through effective CRM strategies and campaigns. The ideal candidate will be passionate about data, customer journeys, and leveraging technology to create personalized experiences that foster loyalty and drive business growth.

Duties & Responsibilities:

● Build & deploy Broadcast email marketing campaigns.

● Work closely with design and creative teams to ensure creative deliverables are timely and correct.

● Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure a consistent and integrated customer experience.

● Management of the email marketing calendar which supports wider trading plans.

● Develop our creative testing roadmap for Broadcast email campaigns and Automated flows

● Develop and implement A/B tests for subject lines, content, calls-to-action, and send times to continuously improve campaign performance.

● Hands on, ongoing optimisation of our Automated email flows and customer lifecycle.

● Map out and optimize customer journeys, identifying opportunities to enhance engagement and conversion at each touchpoint.

● Monitor, analyze, and report on CRM campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

● Assist in maintaining the integrity and cleanliness of the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, PECR).

● Identify and implement strategies for data enrichment and segmentation.

● Day-to-day management of our customer loyalty program to ensure optimum customer experience.

● Work with the Head of CRM to develop our global initiatives to drive retention and develop our customer lifecycle.

Skills & Knowledge:

● Experience of hands-on email campaign management, implementation and optimisation with ROI targets.

● Email platform reporting knowledge & presentation skills.

● Hands-on experience with ESPs (e.g. Braze, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Emarsys)

● Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email template editing is a plus.

● Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).

About you:

● Minimum of 1-2 years' experience of planning & executing email marketing campaigns.

● Excellent communications skills and a 'can do' attitude.

● A broad understanding and passion for marketing & customer journeys.

● Attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
