About the role

Toyota Marilao, Bulacan, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Vehicle Sales Secretary to join our dynamic team. As a full-time role based in Marilao, Bulacan, you will play a vital administrative support function within our vehicle sales department, ensuring the seamless running of day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing comprehensive administrative support to the vehicle sales team
  2. Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records, filing documents, and assisting with other administrative tasks as required
  4. Coordinating the preparation of sales contracts, invoices, and other relevant documentation

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably within a sales or customer-facing environment
  2. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  5. Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
  6. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile
