Responsibilities

  • In charge of preparing daily releases of Marketing Professionals
  • Answer telephone and inquiries, send or receive facsimile documents, emails and letters, maintain office records for filing and reference purpose.
  • Prepare quotations and send them to the customer by fax or email if the requesting Marketing Professional is out of the office.
  • Sort and distribute incoming correspondences.
  • Responsible for doing the monthly MANCOM report.
  • Set up and maintain filing systems for internal and external memoranda.
  • Receive, assist and disburse Official Receipt of Certification of Registration (ORCR) and vehicle plates.

Qualifications:

a. College Graduate of Administration, Business Communications and Marketing, or other relevant courses;

b. Knowledge and experience in clerical procedures and secretarial responsibility;

c. Attention to detail;
