Influencer Operations Manager

Job Description:

  1. Operational Leadership: Translate the Company's strategy into executable action plans for the influencer team.
  2. Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead end‑to‑end sourcing, vetting, and onboarding of influencers and "Friends of the House," supported by the team.
  3. Budget & Resource Oversight: Manage the working budget for influencer activations, track spend, and re‑allocate resources to maximise ROI within set limits.
  4. Contract & Incentive Management: Negotiate influencers' contracts, maintain the contract database, and monitor incentive schemes for accuracy.
  5. Quality Assurance: Spot‑check influencer posts, videos, and livestream teasers for brand consistency and compliance.
  6. Payment & Deliverable Validation: Approve payments after verifying that contracted deliverables meet agreed standards.
  7. Performance Analytics: Consolidate KPI dashboards (reach, engagement, sign‑ups, top‑ups) and present insights.
  8. Process Improvement: Map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement SOP enhancements to raise efficiency and user satisfaction.
  9. Training & Coaching: Run mini‑workshops on best practices (styling, audience engagement, compliance) for the team.
  10. Relationship Management: Maintain regular touch‑points with key influencers, talent agencies and platforms.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years in managerial level
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Analytical skills for performance tracking and data interpretation
  • Budget management and resource allocation expertise

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
