Accounting Supervisor

TPSSI - who we are
Terranova Philippines Support Services Inc. ("TPSSI") is a team of currently 15 colleagues (and growing) that was formed to support our UK-based partner, GetGround.
TPSSI operations are led by Mike (Makati) and Dan (UK) and you will work closely with both on a daily basis. We are expanding the team of accountants significantly in the next 3 months.

What we're looking for:

• Accounting degree

• 4+ years of accounting-related work experience

• 2+ years of team management experience

• Experience in preparing and reviewing financial and tax reports

• Willing to work out of our Makati office, 4 days per week 

NOT essential, but nice to have:

• Knowledge of the UK accounting standards  

• CPA  

What you will do 

• Lead a team of Junior and Senior Accounting Associates, providing coaching and mentorship

• Client account management

• Provide guidance to your team in the preparation and submission of year-end accounts

• Review and approve client financial reports

• Identify and propose process or system improvements to increase effectiveness and efficiency 

• Deliver world-class client service with the support of the Operations Accounting Manager
