Position: Accounting & Finance Supervisor Company Industry: Manufacturing Work Location: Binalonan, Pangasinan Work Schedule: Dayshift Salary: Negotiable depending on years of experience Work Setup: On-site Job Requirements: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) At least 1 year of experience as a Supervisor (Accounting or Finance) Experience in the same industry is an advantage Amenable to work on Saturdays Amenable to attend face-to-face interviews when requested Job Responsibilities: Coach and mentor finance staff members Prepare and comply with PEZA requirements Create financial rules, procedures, and internal controls Ensure timely filing of BIR returns and other government agency requirements Review annual departmental budgets Oversee daily accounting activities Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures, ensuring accurate and timely financial reports Compile and evaluate management reports, variance assessments, and financial statements Monitor, evaluate, and recommend ways to reduce manufacturing costs Oversee forecasting and budgeting tasks in coordination with department heads Organize financial and tax audits in coordination with external auditors Improve financial systems and procedures to strengthen internal controls and efficiency Develop junior accounting staff through mentoring, performance reviews, and training Recruitment Process: Initial Interview (Online) Final Interview (Face-to-Face) Job Offer Look for: Ms. Kendra #J-18808-Ljbffr
