  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all company assets and oversee their lifecycle from acquisition to disposal.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure proper use, maintenance, and timely replacement of assets.
  • Ensure compliance with all asset-related permits and licenses, including those required for installation, operation, and safety.
  • Oversee the acquisition and renewal of construction-related permits such as locational clearance, building permit, fire safety clearance, and occupancy permit, in coordination with Admin and Compliance teams.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure asset and permit records are accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain complete and current documentation for all assets, including warranties, service contracts, licenses, and permits.
  • Generate reports on asset usage, maintenance costs, and lifecycle status for management review.
  • Support departments in asset tracking, usage compliance, and documentation procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance or any related field
  • Strong knowledge of LGU, accounting principles, practices and BIR regulations in the Philippines
  • Proficiency of Google Sheets and MS Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to meet deadlines.
