Role Overview

As an Intern Business Analyst, you will support the team in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will assist in gathering and analyzing requirements, documenting processes, and helping translate insights into actionable specifications for development teams. This role is an excellent opportunity to learn how data and business analysis drive product improvements and align solutions with user needs and company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Support: Assist in collecting and organizing customer and stakeholder requirements under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Documentation: Help prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation to support development teams.
  • Industry Learning: Demonstrate willingness to learn freight and logistics concepts to better understand the product and its use cases.
  • Process Mapping: Support analysis of current workflows and identify areas for improvement in collaboration with the team.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Participate in meetings and help maintain clear communication between business and technical teams.
  • Agile Support: Assist in backlog management and feature prioritization as part of the agile development process.
  • Problem-Solving: Contribute ideas and assist in clarifying requirements when ambiguities arise.

Qualification

  • Currently pursuing or enrolled in a Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Strong willingness to learn industry concepts and processes.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with software tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to think critically and pay attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies or prior internship experience in tech or business analysis is an advantage.
