Position Overview

The Customer Liaison serves as the primary bridge between us and our hospital/clinic clients. You will ensure that customers feel supported, informed, and taken care of — from follow-ups to after-sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Service, Fulfillment, Logistics, and Finance to ensure timely updates and smooth transactions.
  • Track and monitor customer orders, deliveries, and service schedules, ensuring clients are always updated.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues by coordinating with the right team.
  • Document all customer interactions, updates, and follow-ups using internal tools.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and service follow-through.
  • Assist in gathering customer feedback for process and service improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any business, communication-related field or healthcare (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, attentive to details, and proactive
  • Experience in customer service, account coordination, or admin work is an advantage
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow through on commitments
