Job Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (BS or BEng).
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques, with a focus on identifying and optimizing system efficiencies.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste, streamline operations, and improve overall productivity is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality production, with an emphasis on speed and efficiency.
  • Analyze production workflows, machine performance, and resource needs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement automated and manual systems that enhance production capabilities.
  • Design, install, and manage equipment to support seamless manufacturing operations.
  • Plan and organize production lines, workflows, and resources for maximum operational efficiency.
  • Integrate systems for equipment handling, transportation, and logistics to streamline the overall production environment.
  • Improve facility layouts and optimize machine operations to enhance overall network performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production delays or equipment issues to maintain smooth operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php23,000.00 per month
