About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sanitation Coordinator / Officer-in-Charge (Night Shift) to oversee and maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of our sardines manufacturing plant. This role ensures that all sanitation processes comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety standards to guarantee product quality and a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor the sanitation crew during the night shift.
• Ensure that all production areas, equipment, and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized according to company and regulatory standards.
• Implement and monitor cleaning schedules and sanitation checklists.
• Conduct visual inspections and sanitation verifications before production resumes.
• Coordinate with the Production and Quality Assurance teams regarding sanitation requirements and non-conformances.
• Maintain sanitation records, reports, and chemical usage logs.
• Train and guide sanitation personnel on proper cleaning procedures and safety practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety regulations.
• Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the Maintenance Department.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Food Technology, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or related course (preferred but not required).
• With at least 1–2 years of experience in sanitation or food manufacturing environment.
• Knowledgeable in GMP, HACCP, and food safety procedures.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willing to work on night shift schedule and flexible with overtime if needed.
• Physically fit and detail-oriented.

Pay: From Php695.00 per day
